How many guests can Unit 304 accommodate?
Maximum occupancy is four guests.
What is the sleeping setup?
The private bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper for additional guests.
Does sending the form reserve my dates?
No. It sends an inquiry only. Dates are not confirmed or held until the required reservation payment and signed Vacation Rental Agreement have been received.
What are the payment terms?
25% of the reservation total is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining 75% and a separate $300 refundable security deposit are due 60 days before arrival. Reservations made within 60 days require the full reservation amount plus the $300 refundable security deposit at booking.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM Maui time and check-out is 11:00 AM Maui time.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No pets are allowed on Kuleana property. Unit 304 and its lanai are non-smoking; smoking is limited to designated resort smoking areas.
What is the cancellation policy?
61 or more days before arrival, payments are refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. From 30–60 days, 50% of lodging charges are refunded. Fewer than 30 days before arrival, lodging charges are non-refundable, subject to the recovery-based re-rental provision. See the Policies page for full details.
Can wildlife or beach conditions be guaranteed?
No. Whale and turtle sightings, beach size, surf and ocean conditions vary by season and day.
