What to know before booking.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is four guests, including children.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is 3:00 PM Maui time. Check-out is 11:00 AM Maui time.
Smoking
Unit 304 and the lanai are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated resort smoking areas.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on Kuleana property.
Age restriction
The agreement does not allow rentals to vacationing students or singles under age 21 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
Payment & confirmation
25% of the reservation total is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining 75% is due 60 days before arrival. A $300 refundable security deposit is due with the final payment and is separate from the taxable reservation total.
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require the full reservation amount plus the $300 refundable security deposit at booking. Dates are not confirmed or held until the required reservation payment and signed Vacation Rental Agreement have been received.
Cancellation policy
61 or more days before arrival: Payments will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee.
30–60 days before arrival: 50% of the lodging charges will be refunded.
Fewer than 30 days before arrival: Lodging charges are non-refundable.
If cancelled nights are subsequently re-rented, the guest will receive an additional recovery-based refund, up to the lodging amount otherwise forfeited. Any additional refund will be limited to the amount actually recovered from the replacement reservation if the replacement stay is shorter or booked at a lower rate.
If the guest does not occupy the condo, the cleaning fee and refundable security deposit will be returned. Taxes associated with refunded amounts will be adjusted or refunded to the extent they are not owed or remitted.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Parking, housekeeping & house rules.
Parking
A complimentary parking pass is obtained from Kuleana Security and must be displayed as directed.
Housekeeping
Linens and bath towels are included. Daily maid service is not included. Two cashless guest laundry rooms are located in the 100 and 500 buildings. Payment is available through the TW Pay app or with laundry payment cards available at the resort.
House rules
Guests are responsible for reasonable care of the condo and must follow Kuleana Resort house rules during their stay.
